Ask about loads that fit your actual business
Give a provider your vehicle type, usual operating area, working days and preferred journeys. Ask how you can assess relevant opportunities before committing. A total network figure includes work you may never be able to serve.
When reviewing a load, include travel to collection, handling time and the journey after delivery. A return load is useful only when its timing and margin work alongside the customer commitments you already have.
Compare the commitment you are signing
A monthly equivalent for an annually billed package is not the same as a rolling monthly subscription. Record the amount due, billing date, renewal terms and any additional services in your comparison.
Drive It’s full access begins after operational approval. After 60 days free, renewal must be authorised to continue at £79 including VAT monthly. Google Maps usage and applicable network charges remain separate. Judge that cost on the tools and work relevant to you.
Build a service your direct customers can reuse
Additional loads can help fill a day, but repeat direct customers also need clear collection instructions, sensible updates and evidence of delivery. Drive It lets you enter your own jobs and manage those details within the driving workflow.
If you also use an exchange, respect its booking, payment and data terms. You may manually enter information you are authorised to manage; this does not establish an automatic Courier Exchange integration or permission to avoid fees.
