Compare one complete working day
Take a typical manifest with a collection, several deliveries and one failed attempt. Check how easily you can enter the details, read the customer’s instructions, plan the stop order and retrieve the evidence afterwards. A list of features cannot show whether the daily workflow suits you.
For an owner driver, the useful outcome is a clear record from booking to completion. In Drive It, you can keep your own jobs in that workflow alongside suitable network work. You decide which opportunities to accept; a subscription is not a promise of daily allocations.
Check the total account price, not a single licence
Track-POD’s displayed per-driver Advanced price has a minimum quantity. If you drive one van, request the total quote for the appropriate account, including any alternative order-based plan. Do not compare one advertised licence with a whole membership. [1]
Drive It’s published price includes VAT, while the Track-POD figures above are displayed in US dollars. Currency, tax, billing commitment, mapping usage and optional services all affect the amount you actually pay. We have not converted currencies or claimed a percentage saving.
Plan a careful change from Track-POD
Before changing systems, list open jobs, recurring customer instructions and the historical delivery records you must retain. Check what you can export and how those records will remain available. Test representative bookings before moving a full working day.
Ask the Drive It team to confirm any required import, field mapping or integration before relying on it. Historical POD files, route history and automated customer messages should never be assumed to transfer just because both products handle deliveries.
